On behalf of LBP’s School Council, we invite you to join us for Screen-Free Week, a time where LBP families are encouraged to turn off their entertainment screens and turn on life! Time to unplug and exercise, play, read, daydream, create, explore and spend more time with family and friends.

LBP wishes all of our Sikh and Hindu families a joyous celebration today. Vaisakhi is the anniversary of the birth of Khalsa in the Sikh faith. It is also the first day of the solar year and celebrates the harvest in the Hindu faith.

Solid Showing For Our Chess Club

Twenty seven LBP students completed in the Waterloo Chess Challenge last week. The Lynx finished in fifth place (out of thirty two schools) in the grade one to six division. Two LBP students finished third and have advanced to the provincial championships. Well Done LBP!
