LBP Families,

This is a reminder that if you have not completed the School Council Family Survey yet you have until June 1st to do so. Our LBP School Council would like to your input into our planning process for the upcoming school year, as well as planning for the types of structures to build as part of the Outdoor Learning Project. We would suggest the family member most involved in your child’s education, or the LBP
community, answer the survey questions.

Your participation will be used to help us learn how we can make our school community better for you, your child, and your family. This survey will only use the information in a collective way and
not as individual responses.

This survey:
• is voluntary. We hope that you answer every question, but you may skip any questions.
• is confidential. Please do not place your name anywhere on the survey.
• has no right or wrong answers.
• is not part of your child’s school work.
• will not influence your child’s learning or grades in any way.
• Should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

This survey will remain open until June 1, 2018.
